In many countries all over the world group farming found an area to implement in agriculture. The most important difference between individual and group farming is to be at least two farmers in the group. The most important reason for group farming is to increase income by using the economy of scale. Group farming should be introduced wherever possible. By pooling their smallholdings, farmers increase their productivity through use of improved techniques of cultivation. Efforts of improving the quality of life of small farmers in Turkey need to be directed towards increasing the productivity of the smallholder.Group farming should cover both plant and animal production.
